Our fulfillment operations are designed to make your order process as easy and efficient as possible. After your order is received, a unique customer profile is created. Your customer profile allows us to import your data into our systems and print special labels. The next step is to carefully inspect every product that is picked to ensure it meets your specifications and special instructions. This includes details like adding inserts and any sales materials into the packaging. Frozen products are packed inside a reusable Styrofoam cooler with enough dry ice to ensure it arrives frozen on your customer’s doorstep.
